Improve Habits

I talk a lot about being focused and dedicated to a definite purpose. The one thing I have learned, is that motivation is fleeting. Consistency and good habits are what carries you to accomplishing your goal.

There will be days when you wake up and not want to put the work in. Those are the days that the good habits you built will kick in. You may lack the motivation, but you will not lack tools needed to finish the job.

Focus on your habits. Identify the habits that hold you back from moving forward. Eliminate the negative habits from your daily routine, and watch how the road to accomplishing your goals ease up.
